Please call (206) 682-4646 for offline ticket sales and additional information. Tickets may be purchased online up to 2 hours before the start of a tour. Additional tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, in person at our ticket booth.

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We are not responsible for lost tickets or confirmation numbers. Late admittance is not allowed. No refunds allowed except for cancelled tours. Refunds for cancelled tours are available at the ticket office on the date of the tour ONLY, and must be requested in person.
